Description

Evolve is recruiting for a leading player in the global Ophthalmology market, who is seeking an experienced and tenacious individual to join their team as a Healthcare Development Manager. This is a hybrid role and involves conducting sales calls and partnering with a range of Primary Care and Payor customers across South West England (including SN, BS, BA, SP, SO, BH, DT, TA, EX, TQ, PL, TR).

Ideal Requirements
Ideally you will have strong experience working with Primary Care, Payors, CCGs, and Health Boards.
ABPI qualification is essential.
An experienced Primary Care Representative with approximately 3-4 years of experience within a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
Proven success of delivering a consistently high performance in this period both in terms of objectives and competencies.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office software packages.
Educated to A-Level or higher in science subjects and will ideally possess a life sciences degree.
Full UK driving licence.

Role Responsibilities
Understand local NHS goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships, positioning the business as the partner of choice.
Proactively develop and implement plans for sustainable and long-term formulary inclusion which drive sales revenue growth. 
Responsible for the delivery of pre-set objectives on sales, activity and other metrics as defined by the company.
Uses an effective network to build business relationships with relevant key NHS opinion leaders across the assigned geography.
Provide training, product trials and value propositions to key customers to ensure they have the relevant clinical and financial information.
Highlight the range of services and resources available from the company to the customer groups. 
Using a targeting plan work every week to build new relationships with a whole range of roles in with GP practices and also within the Federations, PCN’s and CCG’s.
Conduct sales calls both F2F and remotely with customers across Primary Care and other healthcare institutions within the NHS, including CCGs, STPs, Federations, ICN’s and PCNs
Conduct sales calls with Primary Care Clinicians, GP Practices, Practice-Based Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Dispensing Managers in the area.
