Description

Evolve is recruiting for a global innovative pharmaceutical company that specialises in innovative Ophthalmology products to treat Dry Eye disease. Our client is currently in search of an enthusiastic and dynamic Territory Manager to promote their Dry Eye portfolio into key Hospitals, Dispensing Practices and Payors in Primary Care across North West England and Yorkshire.

Ideal Requirement
Experience in Primary or Secondary Care sales.
Must be ABPI qualified.
Ideally located in Manchester or Liverpool area.
Experience of new product launches.
Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities
Engage with our target audience to effectively sell the portfolio, and have complete understanding of all potential customers within your territory.
The choice of products, messaging and position is defined by the company’s marketing teams and it is expected the Territory Manager will follow this strategy which is subject to change.
Sell products in a manner consistent with ethical standards of the company and ensure also to meet any other local codes of conduct with regards to pharmaceutical products or medical devices.
Establish and enhance the reputation of the company as a scientific pharmaceutical organisation and partner of choice for ophthalmologists and any other associated healthcare professionals who have a role in treating relevant diseases.  
Increase awareness of targeted products with designated healthcare professionals and increase their knowledge of the product properties and application in the treatment of relevant diseases, by regularly contacting and personally visiting them.
Gain and maintain an excellent understanding and knowledge of the therapeutic area, the company’s products and competitor products.
