Hospital Pharmacist Manager

Evolve are partnering with a brand-new client who are seeking a Hospital Pharmacist Manager to join their team in a hospital in Berkshire. You’ll be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing medication counselling and collaborating with healthcare professionals including Doctors and Nurses to optimise patient care.

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm).

Collaborate across healthcare teams – work closely with Doctors, Nurses, and other professionals to ensure every patient receives optimal, joined-up care.
