Description

Evolve is supporting a global Medical Device organisation with a brand new and exciting team build in their fast-growing Continence Care division!

Our client is in need of an experienced Sales Manager to help develop this new sales team and develop strategies to provide awareness of the brands and services that our client can provide. 

Ideal Requirements
You will be an experienced National Sales Manager in the MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry.
Successful experience of managing a national sales team.
Experience of working a large territory.
Proven ability to influence people and build a strong team culture.
Strong organisational skills.

Role Responsibilities
Develop the UKI Commercial medium sales strategy and build the sales capability from grass roots.
Develop a clear formulary strategy for gaining increasing access to key accounts working closely with marketing and clinical teams.
Develop a best-in-class brand launch strategy that the team can translated into local launch activities for the pipeline of brands in the medium term.
Own and develop strategic customers of National Accounts including wholesalers, large nursing home chains, independent Dispensing Appliance Contractors (DACs), NHS Supply Chain and key Procurement Commissioners.
Recruit and onboard the new sales team and Nursing Advisors, ensuring each team member is set up for success.
Provide clarity of goals, tangible KPIs and measures of success, whilst ensuring all the necessary resources to deliver these are in place.
Engaging your team in mission and the global transformation, bringing to life the new strategy for the Continence division.
Growing the continence business by prioritising the right business opportunities and strongly translating the strategic direction shaped by the marketing team on both the short to long term opportunities.
Leading and upskilling the team across all areas of Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and not least including competitive selling skills, business planning and CRM utilisation.

Role Specific Competencies
Good customer service skills.
Good leadership, gravitas, and communications skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive disposition.
