Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly expanding medical device organisation with specialist products for the spinal market. Our client is searching for a National Market Development Manager to drive new revenue growth for Spine through targeting new customer conversions and increased adoption and usage through both current customer base & other Spinal Units of the UK.
This is a national position with a main focus around London and the M4 corridor up to the M62 corridor. 

Ideal Requirements 
Proven sales track record with experience in business development success
Strong knowledge and experience in the Spine therapeutic area
Ideally strong Spine KOL/Advocacy skills 
Analysis of data & report writing
Flexibility to travel when required

Role Responsibilities 
Research, develop and implement the Spine strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director. 
Research and identify key strategic accounts in the UK with a focused approach to conversion of business targets. 
Execute plans in a timely manner & provide detailed reports and plans to the UK & International Sales Directors. 
Generate and develop high level business relationships with ICS & Trust executives & competently present to hospital C-Suite when appropriate.
Develop broad advocates & influencers (faculty & industry influencers). 
Supports strategic decision-making via both industry, customer and competitor intelligence gathering and analysis.
Ensures existing and new customer needs are met, effectively monitored and account managed.
Own & achieve Spine sales success. 
Coach and mentor UK sales team to broaden depth of penetration potential nationally & to support new business wins 
Ensure up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast are fully shared through the CRM platform. 
Work proactively with the UK sales force & EU partners (where relevant) to promote solutions. 
Contribute to relevant meetings and conferences.
