Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Manager to promote specialist Rheumatology and Oncology products to key hospital customers across North East London and East Anglia.

Ideal Requirements
Our client will consider all applicants with experience of one year plus in Pharmaceutical sales.  
Able to convey complex clinical information to influence decision making through multiple channels.
Account management and business planning skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the NHS.
ABPI qualified is ideal but not essential.

Role Responsibilities
Promoting products and services on designated territory in line with the national strategy.
Maintain working business relationships with target Clinicians, Nurses, Pharmacists and Managers within the designated territory.
Forward any reports about adverse events, interactions, overdose, misuse, medication & application errors, extravasations, and drug use during pregnancy/lactation as specified by Drug Safety Agreement with GmbH
Execute account plans for assigned product lines/brands, customers, or therapeutic area; and develop new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
Make effective use of available technologies and channels to support sales calls.
Ensure that products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers.
Use detailed knowledge of competitor products’ features and benefits during sales calls to improve sales of products.
Integrate customer-facing activities in cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Commercial).

Role Specific Competencies
Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the use of databases.
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Well organised, numerate and a good communicator.
Critical reasoning skills.
