Ideal Requirements for the National Sales Manager
Proven sales expertise within the UK pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a track record of driving impact and delivering results.
Inspiring leadership experience – you’ve successfully led and coached high-performing teams in a commercial environment and know how to bring out the best in people.
ABPI qualified – your knowledge and professionalism are backed by the recognised industry standard.
Therapy area advantage – experience in Rheumatology or Dermatology will set you apart and help you hit the ground running.
Local market access know-how – you understand the UK landscape and how to navigate it to unlock opportunities.

Role Responsibilities for the National Sales Manager
Inspire and lead a team of talented Key Account Managers across the UK, coaching and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Spot and shape opportunities – take ownership of identifying and maximising new business possibilities, leveraging the full strength and resources of the company.
Be the voice of the customer – build strong, trusted relationships by understanding their needs and creating solutions that deliver real value.
Invest in people – design and drive tailored training and development plans that help each team member grow, succeed, and excel in their role.
Communicate with impact – share ideas and insights with clarity and energy, inspiring collaboration and understanding at every level.
