Ideal Requirements of the Territory Manager
Proven sales expertise: Demonstrated success as a pharmaceutical sales representative, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Launch experience: Experienced in introducing new products to market and driving adoption among key clinical audiences.
Excellent communicator: You build strong, trusted relationships through clear, confident, and empathetic communication.
Self-motivated and resilient: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where adaptability and initiative make the difference.

Role Responsibilities of the Territory Manager
Confidently engage with target audiences using a structured, consultative selling approach to effectively promote a specialist portfolio of products.
Take full ownership of your territory, developing a deep understanding of all potential customers and opportunities within it.
Identify and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who influence clinical decision-making in your therapeutic area.
Build and maintain exceptional knowledge of your therapeutic area, product portfolio, and competitor landscape.
Always operate with integrity, adhering to all relevant industry codes of practice and ethical standards.
