They are seeking a Graduate Product Specialist to join their team, where you’ll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, handling objections and liaising with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

This is a full-time role, based at the companies head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements
A valid, UK driving license
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. 
Strong computer proficiency, including confident use of Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively, working independently and with confidence.

Role Responsibilities
Generate and develop new sales opportunities through a range of approaches, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and provide clear information to support informed decisions.
Update and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data and providing regular reports to the Business Development Director.
