Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and tenacious Key Account Manager to join their well-established sales team, to promote a leading portfolio of Veterinary Diagnostics products into Veterinary Practices across Central England (B, CV, NN, MK, LU, HP, AL, WD, EN).

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative global leader in the Animal Health industry!

Essential Requirements
You will have several years of successful territory management experience selling Capital Equipment, ideally in the Healthcare or Animal Health market.
Pharmaceutical backgrounds will also be considered.
A veterinary or medical background that helps you understand the business is advantageous.
Experience in consultative selling and winning new business.
Willingness and flexible to travel as and when required.

Role Responsibilities
Translating customer needs into diagnostic solutions through consultative selling techniques and positioning the overall added value for setting up longer-term partnerships and increased customer experience. You will act as a strong partner for veterinary clinics, build customer trust and loyalty thereby ensuring mutual growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
Selling medical devices to veterinary customers.
Educating and training veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives.
Coaching and supporting your stakeholders in overcoming identified barriers.
Continuously expanding your customer base and establishing long-term relationships on various levels.
Collaborating cross-functionally across the organisation to ensure a great customer experience.

Fluency in English - verbal and written.
Able to work well with others in a highly team-oriented, corporate sales environment.
