Description

Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly evolving healthcare organisation, providing innovative products to the Renal market. Our client is in search of a dynamic and driven Application Specialist to build partnerships and train Renal Nurses on their products and services for both incentre and home haemodialysis patients. This is a full time position covering the North of England.

Ideal Requirement
This position is suitable for a Clinical Nurse looking to move into a commercial role.
Experience of teaching and educational processes.
Clinical experience in Nephrology would be advantageous.
Technical capabilities to use and demonstrate products.
Experience working with tight regulations and standards.
Ideally ABPI qualified or willing to complete the qualification.

Role Responsibilities
Demonstrate and train customers about renal therapies, products, and services effectively and constructively through an evidence-based approach.
Keep customers updated regarding developments in product and/or clinical application to optimise clinical outcomes.
Implement identified therapy and product marketing campaigns/activities support renal customers to evaluate and use of the company’s products and services.
Work as part of the Renal business team to identify opportunities for business growth, applying resources appropriately.
Provide educational support to customers through formal study days and teaching packages in line with Medical Affairs and the therapy and clinical development teams.
Work closely with the marketing team, therapy and clinical development team and Medical Affairs to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders in all therapy areas both regionally and nationally.
Liaise and communicating with other departments/business units to achieve company objectives.
Support internal training initiatives as subject matter experts to drive clinical excellence amongst the renal sales team depending on specific area of specialism.
Ensure adherence to relevant company protocols, standard operating procedures, ABPI Code of Practice and Nursing & Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
