Description

Our client is recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager to take part in their growing team based in London and the surrounding areas. This company provides pharmaceutical robotic solutions to both pharmacies and hospitals and is looking for someone who has a good understanding of the structure of the NHS, and for someone who can be a natural leader.

If you are looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you. 

Ideal Requirements:
Educated to Degree level.
A minimum of 5 years sales experience in a hospital environment. 
Have a deep understanding of the International healthcare environment. 
Able to communicate effectively with senior management and employees of all levels.

Role Responsibilities: 
Deliver defined territory bookings and revenue targets. 
Build trusting relationships with stakeholders and other influencers of the company.
Monitor competition by gathering market place information on pricing, products etc.
Attend educational workshops to build and maintain knowledge. 
Have regular contact visits with a range of customers in the defined region to negotiate deals. 
Strong customer account manager focus. 
Making day to day decisions regarding work prioritisation, deals and bids. 

Role Specific Competencies: 
Strategic thinking and planning. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Highly self-motivated. 
Good sales and negotiation skills.
