Our client is currently looking for a driven and eager Hospital Specialist to join their well-established sales team in promoting their leading Dry Eye portfolio to key hospital customers across North London and Home Counties.
As part of this role, you will be the direct contact for key business stakeholders. Execution of the infield brand strategy ensuring you develop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunities driven through strong account plans.Full package information available upon application – Please contact our team for details (Industry average salary guide for role type: £50K - £60K).
Ideal Requirement for the Hospital Specialist
You will have strong sales experience within a hospital setting.
Ophthalmology backgrounds preferred but not essential.
Degree educated, preferably in a science related subject.
ABPI Qualified.Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Specialist
Customer relationship management and execution of the sales process
Developing and executing an account plan for the territory. Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan to improve current position and maximise opportunity.
Achieving targets and objectives for the territory
Ophthalmic Hospital sales / Hospital formularies / CCGs (product switches).
To have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Local Pharmaceutical and Medical Device market, its demographics and customer profiles.
Responsible for identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper access for the Companies healthcare products.Recruitment Process
