Our client is eagerly seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their team at their Coventry (CV5) branch on a full-time permanent basis. Working days are negotiable between 4 to 6 days per week.

This is a busy and energetic branch situated inside a GP Practice, dispensing around 15,000 items per month and providing standard NHS services. 

Salary & Benefits
Salary ranges between £27 to £30 per hour depending on your experience, along with an excellent benefits package inclusive of a lucrative bonus scheme, which is incentivised by service and item growth.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist
Must be a GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with 3+ years’ experience.
Independent prescribing qualification is desired but not essential.
Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries etc.)
Proactive mindset, service-driven approach, and able to adapt to change.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist
Lead the community pharmacy with accountability and support from a talented team.
Contribute significantly to the delivery of vital NHS services, promoting community health and well-being.
Drive the business forward and identify opportunities for new business and services.
Ensure the safe and efficient provision of medicines and top-notch pharmacy services.
Maintain links with local GP’s.
Provide an environment that delivers a first-class customer experience.
