Sales Specialist - Cardiology

Evolve are working with an innovative leader in the medical device industry, who are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. In this field-based position, will be responsible for introducing and generating demand for this innovative new to market device with all relevant stakeholders. Focusing on Cardiologists, Physiologists and Clinical specialists.

This is a full-time permanent position, with the territory based in the South of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Sales Specialist
A relevant degree or clinical qualification is essential.
A proven track record of sales preferably within cardiology would be desirable.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate strong communication, positive peer support and showing accountability.
Have strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate and simplify complex data.

Role Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist
Promote and sell product by influencing customer opinion (prescribing, non-medical prescribing and commercial)
Build strong relationships with Hospitals, Clinicians, and other key stakeholder groups.
Create hospital level business plans to identify key stakeholders and drive incremental sales through a combination of commercial meetings and in-field visits.
Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer needs to identify SMART business objectives and provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
