Evolve are recruiting for an innovative pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Market Access Lead to join their team. Specialising in General Medicine and Neurology, you’ll lead a team of health economists and Value & Access Managers to develop health economic and outcomes evidence that supports optimal patient access to our clients' products in the UK and Ireland.
This is a full-time permanent position working 3 days per week at our clients head office in Reading.

Ideal Requirements for the Market Access Lead
Proven experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, preferably within healthcare.
A masters degree in Health Economics is necessary.
Demonstrated involvement in Health Technology Assessment submissions is essential.
Must be capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks simultaneously.Role Responsibilities for the Market Access Lead
Support your team to project manager the submission and response process and ensures all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Conduct landscape and gap analyses to support the development of an integrated evidence generation plan.
Lead and support your team on the collaboration with the new product planning team and global teams to formulate early plans for pipeline assets.Recruitment Process
