Business Systems Analyst

Evolve is recruiting for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation working alongside the Head of Technology & Information Systems. In this role, you’ll analyse business needs, implement process changes, and deliver innovative systems solutions across international teams.
As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and the US, using your strong analytical and technical skills to streamline processes, oversee and execute a multitude of projects, support system integration, and drive data-led decision-making. 

This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required to their head office in South East England, Ireland and the US.

What’s on offer?
Excellent Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary based on experience, plus a range of other benefits! 

Ideal Requirement for the Business Systems Analyst
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role  
Experience in working with BI, ERP and CRM tools is essential
Familiarity with the full software project lifecycle and systems implementation
Strong business analyst skills to accurately determine business requirement
You must be eligible to work in the UK / Ireland

Role Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst
Identify and deliver Business Solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement. 
Ensure the solutions are practical, achievable, cost effective and meet company objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
Design and document system requirements, including data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integration points.
