This is a full-time position covering the East Midlands, East Anglia and East of England territories.

Ideal Requirements for the Territory Manager
A proven track record of success in capital medical equipment with around 2-5 years’ experience.
Well-connected within hospitals, operating rooms, and surgical specialities.
Experience in strategic selling and successfully displacing competitors.
Driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed ambitious targets.

Role Responsibilities for the Territory Manager
Take the lead in identifying and winning new opportunities across the NHS, private sector, and diagnostic centres.
Showcase your expertise through compelling, clinically credible presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain lasting partnerships with consultant, procurement, and biomedical teams.
Create account plans that expand product usage, boost adoption, and maximise revenue.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.
