Evolve are partnering with family-run community pharmacy group are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. You’ll be overseeing multiple branches throughout the East Midlands driving operational excellence, inspiring high-performing teams, and shaping the future of NHS and private services. This is a full-time role covering stores across the East Midlands, specifically, Derby, Leicester and Northampton.

Lead Across the East Midlands – Take charge of the daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches, driving excellence in efficiency, compliance, and patient care.
Shape Performance & Growth – Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to spot trends, unlock opportunities, and implement improvements that make a real difference.
Champion Quality & Compliance – Ensure every branch upholds the highest standards, fully meeting GPhC regulations and company policies.
Inspire & Collaborate – Partner with branch managers and pharmacy teams to develop innovative strategies that grow NHS and private services while enhancing the patient experience.Recruitment Process
