Evolve is working with a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with branches across the UK!

Our client is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Barrow-in-Furness on a permanent basis dispensing approximately 8000 items per month.

Ideally you will work full time, 36 hours per week over 5 days but will consider 30 hours per week over 4 days if required, both with 1 in 4 Saturdays. The branch is open Monday to Saturday (9am to 9pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm) so early and late shifts are available (applicants must be flexible to work both shift patterns as required, however no Sundays are involved).

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
Deliver Outstanding Care: Supply prescriptions with precision, provide expert healthcare advice, and offer a wide range of NHS and Private services that make a real difference to patients’ lives.
Support Your Community: Play a vital role in a charity support programme, giving guidance and reassurance to people at risk of—or living with—cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, helping them take charge of their health.
Lead & Inspire: Take the lead in training, mentoring, and developing your team, creating a positive environment where colleagues can grow and excel.
Plan for Success: Use an effective planning system to ensure the right pharmacy staff are in place, so patients always receive the care and attention they deserve.
