Sales Support Assistant

Evolve are proud to be exclusively partnering with a renowned provider of eye care treatments, who are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join their dynamic team!

In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both the sales function and wider office operations. From coordinating sample orders and managing equipment and vehicles, to tracking allocations and providing vital assistance to the UK and Irish teams, no two days will be the same.

This is a 9-12-month maternity cover contract – offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a well-respected, growing organisation.

Ideal Requirements for the Sales Support Assistant
Proven experience working with Excel, data & sample management.
Completion of an Excel course would be advantageous. 
Evidence of working within a sales support role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
Able to work as part of a small-team, and independent when required. 

Role Responsibilities for the Sales Support Assistant
Processing and managing orders from internal teams.
Looking after day-to-day office operations – Sending out samples, packing up for large exhibitions, sending our customer orders.
Liaising with other team members and coordinating stock allocations from our clients warehouse.
To build an understanding and ability to use all company systems and business processes to a high standard.
