Evolve are partnering with a leader in the pharmaceutical industry who are seeking a Country Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity taking full responsibility for the leadership and management of our clients UK operations with accountability for delivering revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth.
This is a full-time permanent position working 3 day per week in our client’s office in London.

Extensive expertise across the generics, branded generics, hospital contracting, and wholesale channels, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and value drivers.
Proven senior leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry, delivering outstanding commercial growth and sustainable performance across competitive markets.
Exceptional leadership and people development capabilities, recognised for inspiring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Strong exposure to respiratory therapeutic areas, bringing valuable insights and strategic perspective to accelerate success in this critical segment.Role Responsibilities for the Country Manager
Spearhead the development and execution of a visionary 5-year strategic growth plan, driving sustainable business expansion and long-term market success.
Forge and nurture influential partnerships with senior NHS stakeholders, payers, and key external collaborators to strengthen strategic alignment and unlock new opportunities.
Inspire, mentor, and empower high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and professional development—cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement, optimising processes and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to maximise commercial performance and organisational efficiency.Recruitment Process
