We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Clinic Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation specialising in renal and kidney disease treatments. This is a full-time, permanent position working in Birmingham.

Ideal Requirements for a Deputy Clinic Manager
At least 2 years of experience working in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses
Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills
Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.Role Responsibilities for a Deputy Clinic Manager
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary
teams.
Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training
Providing specialised nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
