We are partnering with a growing branded consumer healthcare business that is recruiting for a National Account Manager. This role offers the chance to step into a high-visibility national account position, working primarily with buyers across major UK retail and grocery customers. You’ll have genuine ownership and influence from day one, leading senior-level customer conversations, shaping account strategy and driving performance rather than simply supporting existing plans.
This is a full-time permanent position, based at their head office in Leicestershire.

Able to hit the ground running with proven experience handling buyer objections
Well organised, commercially minded and confident in negotiating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Previous experience operating as a National Account Manager within healthcare or FMCG environmentsRole Responsibilities
Take full ownership of national-level accounts, with responsibility for driving performance rather than supporting from the sidelines
Lead commercial conversations with confidence, including negotiations, objections and strategic account discussions
Step into a visible role within the business, influencing decisions and shaping how accounts are managed and grown
Operate with the maturity and accountability expected at National Account Manager level, bringing ideas, solutions and momentum rather than waiting for direction
