Duty Pharmacist Manager

Evolve is supporting a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with the recruitment for their pharmacies across the UK!

They’re in search of a Duty Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Minehead on a permanent basis, working a minimum of 36 hours per week.

The branch is open Monday to Saturday (9am to 9pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm), so flexibility to work early and late shift patterns is essential.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager
Qualified Professional: You’re a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with valuable post-registration experience, ready to bring your expertise to a thriving pharmacy setting.
Pharmacy Expertise: You hold a Pharmacy Degree and bring deep clinical knowledge to your role.
Inspiring Leader: You’re passionate about guiding, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver their best.
People-First Mindset: With an approachable, customer-focused attitude, you’re committed to providing exceptional care and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager
Deliver Outstanding Care: Supply prescriptions with precision, provide expert healthcare advice, and offer a wide range of NHS and Private services that make a real difference to patients’ lives.
Support Your Community: Play a vital role in a charity support programme, giving guidance and reassurance to people at risk of—or living with—cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, helping them take charge of their health.
Lead & Inspire: Take the lead in training, mentoring, and developing your team, creating a positive environment where colleagues can grow and excel.
Plan for Success: Use an effective planning system to ensure the right pharmacy staff are in place, so patients always receive the care and attention they deserve.
