Evolve are partnering with a nutrition supplements company, dedicated to supporting health and wellness. They’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team covering the North of the UK including key customers in Scotland.
You’ll be tasked with driving growth across fertility clinics, gynaecology, and women’s health by building influential relationships with healthcare professionals. This role demands strong commercial instinct, confident communication, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge into compelling value.

A minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of building value-driven partnerships in a clinical environment.
Resilient and results-oriented, bringing consistent energy and determination to deliver sustainable, long-term success.
A confident and engaging communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, credible relationships through a warm and professional approach.
Driven by development and progression, with a genuine ambition to grow both professionally and personally within an innovative, forward-thinking organisation.Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
