This is a permanent, home-based role with occasional travel in the North West, offering flexible working hours to support a healthy work–life balance.

Ideal Requirements for the Project Manager
Proven experience running multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of delivering standout customer experiences that build trust and loyalty.
A confident communicator who manages stakeholders, budgets, and details with precision.
Strong experience in Excel, with excellent organisation skills.

Role Responsibilities for the Project Manager
Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact training programmes, keeping timelines tight, stakeholders aligned, and clients consistently delighted.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, confidently leading communications and turning conversations into clear, delivered actions.
Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, sharpening systems, and enabling the business to scale without compromising quality.
Manage and grow a best-in-class affiliate trainer network, owning relationships from onboarding and documentation through to scheduling and delivery success.
