Evolve is partnering with an esteemed UK healthcare services organisation to recruit a Part Time Headache Project Nurse. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist neurology and migraine management skills, work with innovative CGRP therapies, and enjoy clinical autonomy within a supportive, patient-focused environment.
You’ll be an active member of the neurology team, contributing to improved patient care, service development, pathway optimisation, and collaborative multidisciplinary working while making a real difference to patients’ quality of life.
This is a part time position working 2 ½ days per week at a specialist centre in Birmingham with flexibility on days.

Current NMC registration as a qualified Adult Registered Nurse, with the opportunity to apply and develop advanced clinical skills in a specialist service
Experience in neurology and pain management.
Working at Band 6 level, offering increased clinical responsibility, autonomous decision-making, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.Role Responsibilities for the Headache Project Nurse
Deliver specialist headache and migraine care with clinical autonomy, including assessment, initiation, and monitoring of CGRP therapies in line with NICE guidance
Provide holistic, patient-centred support through tailored advice on acute migraine treatment, lifestyle modification, and preventive therapy optimisation to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
Contribute to clinical governance by monitoring treatment effectiveness, documenting outcomes for audit, and reporting adverse events through pharmacovigilance systems
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, homecare services, and patients while managing clinics, follow-up appointments, and administrative tasks in a flexible part-time roleRecruitment Process
