Healthcare Partnership Manager

Evolve are partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Healthcare Partnership Manager. In this strategic, relationship-focused role, you’ll collaborate with senior healthcare stakeholders to drive the uptake and sustainable growth of a specialist respiratory, allergy and dermatology portfolio. You’ll utilise strong business planning, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills while operating in line with the ABPI Code of Practice.

This is a full-time position covering Northern Ireland.

Ideal Requirements for the Healthcare Partnership Manager
ABPI Qualified – Accredited and committed to high ethical and professional standards.
Strong Pharma Sales Background – 3+ years’ experience with a proven track record of influencing key stakeholders and delivering results.
Expert NHS Knowledge – Deep understanding of NHS structures and decision-making to drive access and adoption.
Commercial & Communication Strength – Confident in presenting scientific data, negotiating effectively, and influencing at all levels.

Role Responsibilities for the Healthcare Partnership Manager
Drive Strategic Key Accounts - Build influential relationships and secure formulary status across priority accounts in your region.
Deliver Regional Growth - Execute focused account plans to accelerate uptake and drive sustained sales performance.
Maximise Commercial Impact - Identify opportunities, analyse trends, and implement tactics to exceed territory targets.
Represent with Influence - Act as a trusted ambassador, shaping stakeholder decisions and sharing valuable market insight.
