Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist
A UK-accredited MPharm degree, demonstrating a strong clinical foundation and commitment to professional excellence.
Current GPhC registration, enabling you to practice confidently and independently as a Pharmacist in the UK.
Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, ideally within the community sector, with the ability to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
A clear commitment to continuous professional development, with enthusiasm for staying up to date with evolving medicines, services, and industry best practice.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist
Ensure safe, effective pharmacy practice, fully meeting GPhC standards and Superintendent Pharmacist requirements at all times.
Actively promote, maintain, and enhance the reputation of the pharmacy within the organisation through high standards of care and professionalism.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of prescriptions and patient interactions, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Remain up to date with new medicines, therapies, and advancements in pharmaceutical care to support evidence-based practice and continuous service improvement.
