We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join a leading healthcare organisation specialising in renal treatments. This is a full-time permanent position based in South East London.

Registered and ready to lead – bring your NMC registration and professional integrity to a role where your expertise truly makes a difference. 
Build on your renal expertise – apply and expand your experience in a dialysis setting, playing a key role in delivering specialised, life-enhancing care. 
Advance your clinical development – continue progressing your career with opportunities to work towards or utilise a recognised renal nursing qualification.

Role Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Nurse
Lead with impact as Nurse in Charge – step into a key leadership role, guiding the clinic team and confidently deputizing for the Clinic Manager when needed.
Inspire and grow your team – mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge, skills, and confidence thrive.
Take ownership of patient journeys – play a vital role in renal care programs, carrying out ongoing assessments and making a real difference in patients’ lives. 
Deliver outstanding, patient-centred care – ensure every individual receives safe, high-quality dialysis treatment while contributing to continuous improvements in service and care standards.
