Marketing Executive

We are partnering with a leading UK MedTech organisation to recruit a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in shaping clear, consistent and purposeful communication across the customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where marketing has real strategic influence, helping to build trust, strengthen customer engagement and elevate the brand across every touchpoint.

This is a full-time potion based at our client’s head office in Watford.

Ideal Requirements for the Marketing Executive
Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging that builds trust. 
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with consistency and care. 
Experience in marketing, content creation or campaign coordination across digital and customer-facing channels. 
A collaborative and commercially aware mindset, confident working across teams to improve communication and outcomes.

Role Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive
Own and shape the brand’s messaging, ensuring every customer interaction feels clear, consistent and trustworthy. 
Lead engaging multi-channel campaigns that connect with customers and support business growth. 
Translate complex healthcare information into accessible, compelling communication that builds confidence. 
Partner closely with Sales and commercial teams to align messaging, strengthen engagement and drive results.
