Evolve is partnering with a fast-paced healthcare organisation to recruit a Sales Support Executive, a key role sitting between Sales and Customer Service. You will take full ownership of the administrative and operational activity behind the sales process, ensuring quotes, orders, CRM updates, and customer requests are handled accurately, quickly, and without delay. Working in a high-volume, detail-critical environment, you will bring structure, clarity, and control, helping the business run smoothly and enabling sales teams to focus on selling while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our client’s head office in Hertfordshire.

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, demonstrating strong organisation and a customer-focused mindset.
Confident user of CRM systems and data management tools, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests efficiently, staying calm, responsive, and solution-oriented under pressure.

Highly structured, detail-critical execution role focused on delivering accurate outcomes across high-volume sales support activity.
Responsible for end-to-end coordination of quotes, orders, documentation, and status updates, ensuring speed, clarity, and precision in every interaction.
Central point of control across CRM, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Service teams to resolve issues efficiently.
