Description

Evolve is partnering with a leading aesthetics manufacturer to recruit a Commercial Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business at the forefront of medical aesthetics, in a varied, hands-on role with genuine ownership and responsibility. If you’re highly organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running seamlessly, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our client’s head office in London.

Why Apply?
Excellent Salary & Benefits - A competitive starting salary depending on experience, plus pension, and much more!

Ideal Requirements for the Office Manager
Previous experience in Office Management, Commercial Administration, Operations, Office Coordination or a similar role, with a proven ability to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.
Experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with an understanding of working in a professional, regulated environment. Experience in aesthetics would be particularly advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Previous experience managing stock, inventory, orders or fulfilment, with confidence coordinating deliveries, couriers, suppliers and associated logistics.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently, take ownership and anticipate operational requirements rather than waiting to be directed.

Role Responsibilities for the Office Manager
Take ownership of the London office and its day-to-day operations, creating a professional, organised and welcoming environment where the commercial team can thrive.
Drive efficient commercial administration and reporting, maintaining accurate CRM, sales and business performance data while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
Lead stock and inventory management, ensuring the right products and materials are available at the right time to support commercial activity, field representatives and training requirements.
Coordinate orders, packing and fulfilment, managing pharmacy, sample, training and representative orders from preparation through to delivery, ensuring everything is accurate, timely and well organised.
Play a key role in supporting training and education activities, working closely with the Education Manager to ensure products, consumables, welcome packs and training materials are fully prepared and ready for successful sessions.
