Evolve is recruiting for a brand-new position to join a people-focused Healthcare organisation as an Associate Education Manager. This is a newly created role, responsible for writing and delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals in Ostomy Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to deliver education across diverse platforms, with strong mentorship and development from the Education Manager.

This is a remote based position, with travel nationally and to Peterborough head office when required.

Ideal Requirements
Experience of clinical teaching of patients and Nurses
Experience within ostomy / stoma care.
Nursing qualification.
Comfortable with using different educational platforms, e.g., speaking at conferences, webinar presentations, digital platforms.
Confidence to handle challenge and questions.
Excellent at stakeholder engagement.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK where required.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Role Responsibilities
Implement the Professional Ostomy Care Strategy and fully supports the Ostomy Care Education Manager’s activities.
Develop strategically relevant, targeted content across online, offline and F2F delivery channels.
Serve as clinical expert within Ostomy and addresses clinical and technical inquiries from sales force and administration.
Stakeholder relationship management with Ostomy KOLs for strategic projects and business development in collaboration with the relevant internal stakeholders.
Develop, update, and execute content for internal teams, particularly sales force, nursing, and telehealth teams. Content will include anatomy, physiology, and clinical application of products. Develop and deliver bespoke learning opportunities in collaboration with the TM’s/RBL’s.
Undertake desktop and third-party research to support bespoke projects.
Supports the Events team by providing supporting administrative and project management tasks.
Regularly monitors the website to ensure relevant, current content is readily available, tests access to new content, sets and measures KPIs.

Oversee clinical components and Chairs educational Consumer webinars.
