Would you like to work for a market leading pharmaceutical organisation? Are you looking to work in a professional and supported environment? We are recruiting for a Global Publications Lead in Oncology to work within the Medical Affairs division. Located in the Cambridgeshire Head Office 3-4 days per week, this role is suited to an individual looking to advance their career with a forward-thinking organisation with a major UK presence, where the aim is to push the boundaries of science to incite positive change. 

Ideal Requirements
Strong therapeutic knowledge in Oncology is highly desirable
Certification as a Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) desired
Backgrounds in Medical Communications or Scientific Team Leads
Relevant University Degree (BS/BA) OR Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (e.g. PharmD, PhD, MD)
Ability to demonstrate performance, budget, and resource management skills in a global organisation
Ability to understand and adhere to good publication practices and relevant guidelines

Role Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the publication strategy and tactical plan for global clinical studies
Head the development of scientific, clinical and RWE planning data into timely publications for prescribers, payers, and patients through disease state and medicine insights and lead effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external alliances
Execute day-to-day management of assigned publication plans, delivery of outputs, financial tracking and meeting activities, working closely with all members of the delivery team.
Develop a thorough understanding of internal and external stakeholders to further the leverage of clinical and RWE studies
Undertake planning for congresses, public events, and public information
Manage external agency partners to ensure accuracy of publication plan and publication deliverables
