Description

Our client is in search of an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate to take on this exciting, varied, and challenging new position as an Uptime Support Manager covering the Birmingham area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in the Endoscopy market, and will involve educating and training customers on products, ensuring their equipment is available and working correctly when required so that vital and lifesaving procedures can be carried out.

Ideal Requirements
Recent Graduates in a relevant subject will be considered.
Ability to present information and deliver training sessions to different groups of people.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
A full driving licence. 

Role Responsibilities
Regularly visit all customers on territory, build relationships based on trust and rapport and provide ongoing customer support.
Analyse repair trends to provide bespoke support aimed at reducing repairs.
Deliver exciting and engaging training sessions to groups of 2 to 50 (groups of 4 to 10 is the norm) using various methods such as group activities, hands on sessions, games, formal presentations, and quizzes.
Visit customers ensuring they are following the correct processes, suggesting changes, and delivering training, following up on each session to ensure learning points have been understood and implemented.
Working closely with in-field colleagues to ensure all future sales opportunities are maximised by helping them bring in new business and strengthening existing relationships.
Analyse repair data to highlight hospitals/departments requiring specific focus/repair reduction support.
Provide end user training and installation support for the range of Endoscopic equipment.
Carry out onsite customer audits of equipment and processes.
