Our client is seeking two Business Development Managers to join their established sales team, working in the London region. If you have a background in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales, and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you!

is looking for two candidates to fill roles of Business Development Managers in London. One position will be chain led and the other will be independent. If you have a background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and looking for a new challenge in Optics. One of these roles could be yours!


Ideal Requirements:

Sales experience within OTC, Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices

Proven track record of success in developing and establishing success relationships

Knowledge of the Optometry market is preferred, but not essential


Role Responsibilities:

Take ownership and accountability for developing customer relationships

Utilise their multi-channel digital assets as well as face to face communications

Have sales management of all customers within your territory

Detailing of new products and marketing initiatives to the account base in a targeted way

Responsible for negotiation within agreed company guidelines

Plan and manage all call plans to ensure effective management

Good communication skills

Highly organized

Ability to negotiate

Strong motivation and positivity
