Evolve is recruiting for a blue-chip Healthcare organisation, and is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Clinical Therapy Lead. This role is to work on a national basis and is an exciting opportunity will train and educate third party Nurses on a leading portfolio of IV Antibiotic products, and will also get involved in patient pathways, clinical audits, and governance.

Ideal Requirements:
You will be a Registered Nurse with experience of working with IV Therapy / antibiotics.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
Ideally from a service or community background.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information to all levels.

Role Responsibilities:
Clinical lead for patients on systems and solutions.
Clinical advisor to support NHS hospitals wishing to develop or implement services.
Clinical advisor to commercial account teams.
Therapy education training for 3rd party Nurse providers.
Therapy education training internally and support patient training programs
Collaborative working across therapy area and wider business
Support for Clinical therapy Lead of the HPN service
Management of third-party nurse provision for therapy area including capacity planning, monitoring, oversight of service quality and monitor provider key performance indicators of nurse supplier.
Escalation resource for both customers and 3rd party provider.
Develop and maintain training documentation, protocols, and procedures for therapy area.
Input into Clinical Governance group with relevant governance issues.
Share best practice across the nursing function and work collaboratively with nursing colleagues. With other colleagues. 

Role Specific Requirements:
IT literate. 
Good organisation and time keeping skills. 
Have a flexible “can do” attitude. 
Ability to influence.
