Evolve is partnering with a well-established and highly respected healthcare organisation that is continuing to grow its sales team. They’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to deliver sustainable and profitable sales growth against territory targets through effective account management of existing business and development of new business.
This is a full-time permanent position covering South Wales and the South West of the UK.

Bring your experience to a role where it really matters, ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ experience in healthcare sales, giving you the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Leverage your clinical insight, a clinical or nursing background, combined with current customer-facing experience, would allow you to build instant credibility and meaningful relationships.
Make an impact in complex healthcare settings, you’ll have a proven track record of developing business within hospitals or broader healthcare environments.
A confident and clear communicator, with strong verbal and written skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders.Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
Drive growth and success by achieving (and exceeding) territory sales and margin targets, with clear quarterly forecasting and a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and opinion leaders to grow both new and existing accounts.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver engaging customer and patient education days, helping raise awareness and understanding of our homecare services.
Own and manage budgets responsibly, ensuring all financial expenditure is well-controlled, transparent, and aligned with agreed targets.Recruitment Process
