Evolve are partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Healthcare Partnership Manager within Rare Disease. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key territory, driving access and uptake of innovative medicines that can transform patient outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams and engaging a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, you will deliver strategic account plans and create meaningful partnerships across the healthcare system.
This is a full-time permanent position covering the South of the UK, predominantly in London.

NHS Expertise: Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, including specialised commissioning (rare disease) and patient pathways, with the ability to translate complex system insights into impactful commercial action plans.
Influence Across the Healthcare System: Proven ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including non-prescribing decision makers at population and system level.
Scientific & Digital Agility: Confident in interpreting and communicating complex scientific data while leveraging digital platforms and multichannel engagement to maximise impact.Role Responsibilities for the Healthcare Partnership Manager
Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact territory account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving meaningful engagement and measurable growth across key NHS accounts.
Drive Access & Adoption: Secure local access aligned with NICE recommendations, proactively removing barriers to ensure patients can benefit from our clients’ innovative therapies while maintaining strong clinical positioning.
Influence Key Decision Makers: Build trusted partnerships with specialist physicians, healthcare professionals, and healthcare decision makers confidently communicating clinical trial data and real-world evidence to demonstrate product value.
Data-Driven Customer Engagement: Use insights and analytics to personalise the customer journey, orchestrating multichannel engagement and sharing actionable insights with cross-functional teams to maximise impact.Recruitment Process
