Evolve are working with an innovative global healthcare organisation to recruit a National Key Account Manager. This field-based role offers the opportunity to drive growth of a biosimilars portfolio. You’ll build strong customer partnerships, and shape market access in line with a global strategy. This is a full-time permanent position working across Ireland.

Ideal Requirements for the National Key Account Manager
Bring valuable therapeutic expertise, with experience in biosimilars and/or biologics positioning you to make a real difference in patient access and treatment outcomes across Ireland.
Turn strategy into impact by developing and executing high-quality business plans that drive performance, unlock opportunities, and deliver tangible results in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 
Build meaningful connections that matter through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage, influence, and partner effectively with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. 
Operate with an ownership mindset backed by a strong track record in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, confidently managing your territory as your own business and consistently delivering above target. 

Role Responsibilities for the National Key Account Manager
Drive high-impact growth across National Key Accounts by developing and executing strategic plans that directly influence market success and accelerate brand expansion. 
Lead the success of biosimilar portfolios by shaping account strategies, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering measurable commercial results across Ireland. 
Champion cross-functional collaboration, partnering with medical, marketing, customer services, and homecare teams to deliver innovative, winning account plans. 
Build and leverage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, using strategic engagement and network mapping to unlock new opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
