Key Account Manager (Retail/Pharmacy)

Evolve are exclusively partnering with a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation who are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic relationships across major pharmacy, optical and health & beauty retail accounts. Working closely with the National Account Manager, you’ll support the development of key customer partnerships, identify opportunities to expand distribution and help drive growth across the channel

This is a remote role, with occasional travel required.

Ideal Requirements
At least 2 years of customer facing experience in a territory or key account role.
Experience managing retail pharmacy or health & beauty accounts is preferred
A relevant degree would be desirable.

Role Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic relationships with major retail pharmacy and optical accounts, understanding their commercial goals and delivering solutions that drive mutual growth.
Develop account growth plans by analysing KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies to maximise commercial success.
Ensure smooth delivery of products and services by working closely with supply chain, customer service and regulatory teams.
Stay close to the market, visiting stores and meeting customers across the UK & Ireland to monitor promotions, fixtures and competitor activity.
