About me:
I co-founded Evolve in 2007 alongside my brother, Andy.
My early career started in pharmaceutical sales after which I moved into the world of recruitment and never looked back. I’m extremely passionate about the work we do here at Evolve and am very proud of the team and culture we have created.
My personal interests lie in helping others to be the best that they can be and my motivation to be successful in recruitment comes from this. I thrive on new challenges and innovation and believe that the key to success in any business is in building strong and lasting relationships with people.
With over 20 years’ experience working in and recruiting within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medtech sectors I believe I have the experience and desire to help our customers achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising, holidays, cars, F1 motorsport and DIY!
