Evolve have partnered with a leading Ophthalmology organisation who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team within their Retail Optics division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving regional growth and building strong relationships with key customers. With a strong focus on coaching and field leadership, this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact within a dynamic and growing business.
This is a full-time permanent position covering the North of the UK.

Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device - A solid background within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related commercial environment, bringing valuable industry insight and credibility with healthcare customers.
Proven Leadership in Sales Management - Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate individuals to consistently achieve ambitious regional targets.
Strong Commercial and Strategic Mindset - A commercially driven professional with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and translate market insights into effective business strategies and sales plans.
Entrepreneurial Approach to Business Growth - A proactive and opportunity-focused mindset, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.Role Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager
