Recently I have started working in my first MedTech sales role through the help of Lauren and the team at Evolve. Lauren specifically has been so helpful in supporting me in my recent job search, especially so as it was a complete career change for me so it was something I was nervous about, but her support and compassion made me feel confident in myself and my abilities, and made me feel comfortable coming to her with any questions.
I feel as though Lauren really understood my wants in a role, and paired this with my experience to find a right role for me in the right company. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started in my new role and it is the perfect fit for me in so many ways, and I wouldn’t be here without Lauren’s help.
